  • 6 slices bacon uncooked
  • 4 ounces cream cheese softened
  • 4 large eggs whisked
  • ½ teaspoon baking powder
  • Cooking spray
  • Instructions:



  1. Cook the bacon in a large skillet until crisp then drain on paper towels.
  2. Stir the cream cheese, eggs, and baking powder into the bacon fat and whisk until smooth and well combined.
  3. Heat another skillet over medium-high heat and grease with cooking spray.
  4. Spoon the batter into the skillet and sprinkle with chopped bacon.
  5. Cook until the underside of the pancakes is browned then carefully flip them.
  6. Let the pancakes cook until browned underneath then serve hot.
